OUr Team
There are many individuals and organizations that comprise our community, our programs, and our work. Here you’ll find some of those who make Fellowship special.
Our Staff
Our dedicated staff is committed to nurturing a faith community where all individuals can grow spiritually, connect meaningfully, and make a positive impact in the world. Each member of our team brings unique gifts and passions to their roles, united by a shared commitment to those we serve.

Rev. Kara Farrow

Jen is a lifelong Lutheran who loves a boat ride on Grand Lake, a craft beer, and spending time with her 3 kids, Erin, Matthew, and Ellie.

Brennan Lacy
Director of Music Ministries
Brennan joined Fellowship Lutheran Church in June 2025 as Director of Music Ministries. He plans and leads music for traditional worship, directing the Chancel Choir, the adult handbell ensemble, and coordinating instrumentalists who enrich the life of the congregation through music. Brennan lives in Midtown with his wife, Analisa, and finds joy in cooking his favorite meals, discovering great new shows, and getting lost in a good book. He is passionate about creating meaningful worship experiences and is grateful to serve and grow in faith alongside the Fellowship community.

Rev. Alvaro Nova Ochoa
Pastor, Comunidad de Esperanza
Our Partners
We can’t do our work alone – we are proud to lock arms with these partners to create impact across our city and state.
Comunidad de Esperanza
Comunidad de Esperanza is an ELCA mission-start among the Latinx community in Tulsa. In English, Comunidad de Esperanza means “Community of Hope” and its name represents well their work to provide hope to the Tulsa community. CdE strives to share the faith in the Eucharist, search for the common good, and believes in cultural integration and respect for diversity.
Prince of Peace
Located near the historic Booker T. Washington High School, this ELCA congregation has a rich 70+-year history of community support, racial reconciliation, and proclaiming the gospel. We are proud to partner with them for worship and service to our community.
